Chat buttons and sharing

1. 1Open Storefront in the menu.
2. 2In the card “Chat with visitors”, fill in your WhatsApp number, your Messenger link, or both.
3. 3To use Instagram, switch on Show “Ask on Instagram”. It uses your Instagram name from Links.
4. 4Press Save the storefront.

Each product then has an Ask button, and your storefront has one Message me button. The visitor gets a ready-made message in the page language: the product, the option they chose, its price when there is one, and the link. They can change it before sending.

Choose the country (+352 is first) and type your number. WhatsApp opens the chat with the message filled in.

For Messenger, paste your m.me link or your Facebook page link; we keep only the name. Messenger and Instagram cannot fill in a message: we copy it for the visitor, who pastes it in the chat.

No Instagram name yet? Add it under Links, then switch on Show “Ask on Instagram”.

HobbyLux sends no messages and cannot see your chats. The chat happens in WhatsApp, Messenger or Instagram. What you agree there, such as price, payment, sending or pick-up, is between you and the buyer. See the terms.

In Products, tap the share icon of a product, or open the product and press Share. On a phone you pick the app, and the photo, a short text and the link go with it. Where sharing is not possible (most computers), the link is copied: paste it where you like.

The link opens your storefront at that product. Chats and social networks show a preview with the photo, the name and the price.

4. 4Press Share or Download under Square (for posts) or Story.

The picture shows your photo and name, the market, the town, the dates and hours, and your storefront address. Your stand number shows only once the organiser has published the stand map.
