Open the till
Open Sell in the menu. On a day you are listed at a market, the Overview also has a button Open the till.
Your products are on the till already, with photo and price. Add price buttons for things you often sell at one price, for example earrings at 15 €.
Add the Sell page to your phone’s home screen: the till then opens with one tap.
Record a sale
- Tap a price button or a product. That is the sale.
- A product with options opens a short list: tap the option.
- For sets, discounts or things without a button, tap Other amount and type the price.
- Two of the same? Tap twice.
A sale never marks a product sold out: you decide that on the product. Sold-out products stay on the till and still sell.
- The market of today, picked for you.
- Market or Chat, and today’s total.
- Your price buttons.
- Sold, with Undo and how they paid.
- Other amount.
How they paid
After a sale you can tap Cash, Card or Other. It is optional: just go on with the next sale and it stays “Not marked”.
Don’t need it? Switch off Ask how they paid under Edit buttons.
Which market, market or chat
The till picks the market you are listed at today (from Where I will be). Tap the market line to change it: another market of today, Other (not at a market), or a market from an earlier day for sales you type in later.
Sold something by message? Switch to Chat before the tap. The sale keeps the market of the day, so you see per market how much was sold at the stand and how much by chat.
Without internet
Open the till once with internet on that phone. After that it also opens without internet. Every sale is saved on the phone first and sent when the phone is online again. You can close the page: nothing is lost.
While sales wait, the till says “No internet” and how many are waiting. When all are sent, it says “All sent”.
A private or incognito window cannot keep sales offline. Use a normal window. If you sign out with sales still waiting, they stay on the phone and are sent after your next sign-in.
Undo, change or delete a sale
Tapped by mistake? Tap Undo. Undo works for 10 minutes. After that, open the Summary, tap the pencil next to the sale and change the amount, how they paid, market or chat, or the market. Delete this sale removes it for good.
Summary and CSV
Tap today’s total on the till, or See summary. Choose Market, Day or Month. You see the total, the number of sales, your best sellers, each price button, market or chat, and how they paid, with every sale below.
Download CSV gives every sale of that market, day or month as a file for Excel or Numbers.

Who sees your sales
Only you. Organisers do not see them, and HobbyLux does not look at them: there are no sales in our admin tools. Your sales stay until you delete them or your storefront. See the privacy notice.
Not a cash register
The Stand till is a notebook for your own overview. It is not a cash register, not a certified or fiscal till and gives no receipts. It does not replace the records the law asks of you. See the terms.
