Where to see them
Open Overview. The card Visitors shows the visitors in the last 30 days as a big number, one bar per day with today last, the totals By month, and the total since counting started.
Your storefront is not public yet? The card says “Counted once your storefront is public.” Counting starts when your storefront is published and verified.
How we count
- One visitor counts once per day, however often they open your storefront.
- No cookies, and we never store anyone’s IP address.
- Search engines and other robots do not count.
- We count your storefront page only, not the market pages that show you.
- We keep the daily numbers for 25 months.

Who sees them
Only you and HobbyLux. Never visitors, other makers or organisers.
The monthly email
On the 1st of each month, from 09:00 Luxembourg time, we email you how many people visited your storefront in the month before, only when at least one person did. To turn it off, use Monthly visitors email: see Email settings.
To be found more often, keep your photos fresh and say at which markets you will be.
