For organisers

Your visitor numbers

HobbyLux counts the people who open your market page on hobbylux.app. You see the numbers in the organiser portal, and once a month by email.

Visitors of your market page

  1. Open My markets and tap your market.
  2. On the Market tab, find the card Visitors.

The big number is the visitors in the last 30 days. Below it you see one bar per day, today last, and the totals By month. No visitors yet? The card says so; the numbers show from the first visit.

The visitors of a call are on its card under Makers wanted: Visitors of the call page.

How we count

  • One visitor counts once per page and day, however often they open it.
  • No cookies, and we never store anyone’s IP address.
  • Search engines and other robots do not count.
  • We count only while your market is public on HobbyLux.
  • We keep the daily numbers for 25 months.

More about this in the privacy notice.

Who sees the numbers

Only the organiser who looks after the market, and HobbyLux. Makers and visitors never see them. You see how many, never who.

The monthly email

On the 1st of each month, from 09:00 Luxembourg time, we email you the visitors and stand requests of each of your markets in the month before, with a total if you have more than one. We send it only when there is something to show.

Don’t want it?

  1. Open Account.
  2. Under Emails from us, turn off Monthly email with my numbers.

Or press Stop monthly emails at the bottom of the email. You can turn it back on in Account at any time.

Good to know

The town hall widget is counted per commune, and only HobbyLux sees those numbers.
