What a call says
Each call shows the market with its dates and town, the Crafts wanted, the Stands wanted, the Apply by date and, if there is one, a Message from the organiser, translated automatically when needed.
When you get an email
- Your storefront is verified.
- One of the crafts under What I sell in your maker file matches the call. If you picked no craft, you get every call.
- You have not asked for a stand at that market yet.
- At most one such email a day, in your language: several calls come in one email.
To get only the calls for your crafts, pick them under What I sell in your Maker file and press Save the maker file.
Apply
- Press Apply for this market in the email, or Apply on hobbylux.app.
- Sign in with your email code. Your stand request for that market opens, with “This market is looking for makers” at the top.
- Pick a stand, check your maker file, add a message if you like, and press Share and send my request.
The organiser answers Yes, No or Waiting list, as with every request: see Your request.
All open calls
Every open call is on hobbylux.app under Markets looking for makers, with a filter by craft. Market pages with an open call show the box “Looking for makers”.
Not on HobbyLux yet? Signing in creates a free maker account. Stand requests open once your storefront is verified.
A call closes after its apply-by date, when the organiser has enough Yes answers, or when the organiser closes it.
