Promo kit: pictures, poster and post texts

• Three pictures for social networks and websites.

3. 3The first time, we make everything in your portal language. The pictures take about 10 seconds; you can stay on the page.

• Square · 1080 × 1080: for an Instagram or Facebook post.
• Tall · 1080 × 1920: for a story or a WhatsApp status.
• Wide · 1200 × 630: for a Facebook event or a website.

Each picture shows your market’s name, date, hours and place, and the makers at the market. Tap Download under a picture to save it.

The pictures name only verified makers with a Yes for this date, and guest stands that agreed to be shown by name on your stand map. When your stand map is published, they follow the stand numbers. If there are more names than fit, the picture ends with “and N more”. No makers yet: the picture shows your market without names.

After new Yes answers, tap Make the pictures again. It does not use AI. If the name, dates, hours or place of your market change, we make the pictures again before you download them.

Tap A4 poster (PDF) or A3 poster (PDF). Print it for shop windows, the town hall, the bakery.

The QR code opens your market page on hobbylux.app, in the language of the poster. It carries no tracking.

Pick the language under “Poster language”: the poster and the three pictures follow it. It starts with your portal language. Pick another one and we make that language first; then download.

The post texts are always there in all four languages: Lëtzebuergesch, Français, Deutsch and English.

2. 2Read the text and change what you like (up to 600 characters). Your change is saved for that language: “Changed by you · saved”.
3. 3Tap Copy the text and paste it into your post.

• The AI writes from your market details: name, dates, hours, place, entry and the kinds of craft, plus the names of up to 6 guest stands that agreed to be shown by name. It gets no maker names and no email addresses.
• The texts have no emojis, no prices and at most 3 hashtags, and end with the link to your market page.
• Write again writes all 4 languages again and replaces your changes. It asks first and uses 1 AI run.

HobbyLux posts nothing for you and does not track who sees your pictures or poster. You download the files, copy the text and share them yourself: Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, your website, a shop window.

A cancelled market has no promo kit: pictures and posters cannot be downloaded, so no old poster goes round.
