Before the organiser answers
While your request waits or is on the waiting list, press Withdraw my request in Stand requests, then Yes, withdraw. Nothing was paid, so there is nothing to refund. See Withdraw a request.
After a Yes
A confirmed stand cannot be withdrawn in your panel. Write to the organiser: their contact email is in your request, under Organiser contact.
When the organiser takes back their Yes, the market and the tick “Confirmed by the organiser” go off your storefront, and you get an email.
Not paid yet on a market that takes payment online? Write to the organiser all the same, so the place can go to someone else.
After you paid
Cannot come? Ask the organiser for a refund. The paid stand in Stand requests shows their email address.

- Cannot come? The organiser’s email, to ask for a refund.
The organiser decides whether to refund all of the stand price or part of it.
All or part of the money
A full refund gives you back the stand price and the booking fee. Your stand stays booked unless the organiser also takes back the Yes.
A part refund gives you back part of the stand price. The booking fee stays with HobbyLux, and your stand stays booked. Your request shows “Part refunded” and the amount.

Refunds that happen by themselves
You get everything back, booking fee included, without asking: when the market is cancelled, or when the organiser takes back a Yes you have paid.
Your request then shows “Refunded” with the reason, for example “The market was cancelled.”
When the money comes back
Refunds go back the way you paid. You see the money on your card or account within 5 to 10 days.
If you delete your account
Open requests are withdrawn. Confirmed stands stay with the organiser: write to them if you cannot come.
